Autumn holidays in colorful attire
The Museum of Glass and Jewelry in Jablonec nad Nisou invites families with children to its traditional autumn holiday craft workshop. This year, the workshop will offer jewelry making in bright colors of leaves, pumpkins, and rowan berries.
From Saturday to Wednesday, the museum studio will welcome lovers of beads and pearls. "This year's holiday crafts will delight everyone who likes to string and create with beads. Get in the mood for fall with us and refresh your outfit with original handmade jewelry!" said educator Dana Křivánková, inviting people to the October crafts event.
In addition to popular handicraft activities, the museum will offer visitors a new exhibition entitled "Stamped in Metal," which will present the production of Jablonec's stamping and minting workshops from the second half of the 19th century to the present day.
Throughout the autumn holidays, the museum will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with last admission to the workshop at 4:30 p.m.
