Christmas decorations hold a special magic. They transport us back in time, evoking memories and family stories. We guard them like treasures, carefully unpacking them from boxes each year and hanging them on the tree.
This exhibition will transport you to the delicate world of blown glass and beaded Christmas decorations. It will showcase not only traditional and classic decorations, but also those created in collaboration with contemporary designers.
Ornaments can take many forms, but what they all have in common is their superb craftsmanship. The Liberec-based brand Decor by Glassor specializes in blown glass ornaments, which it will present at the exhibition not only on Christmas trees, but also as part of festive table settings or interior decorations. The family-run Rautis factory in Poniklá in the Krkonoše Mountains will showcase modern beaded Christmas decorations, including the latest "Random Collection" designed by the LLEV design studio.

The exhibition We Know Christmas Well! is organized by Křišťálové údolí, ARR - Regional Development Agency, Liberec Region, together with PALÁC Liebieg and family businesses Decor by Glassor and Rautis.
The space is decorated with glass nativity scenes by Jiřina Tauchmanová and Eva and Karel Urbanovi - Urbanglass figurines.
Help with equipping the exhibition was provided by the Kateřinky Secondary School in Liberec.
