Not only beautiful Easter decorations, but also the production of jewelry, costume jewelry, and glass products can be experienced in the Easter atmosphere right where they are made. Some museums have also prepared an Easter program. Visit our glassmakers, jewelers, museums, and creative workshops.

For 35 years, original works have been created at the glass furnace in the mini glassworks in Hubálov, and you will once again witness the creation of smaller works and pieces.
Workshop: Creative activities using a variety of techniques, screenings of films on the theme of glassmaking, and, as usual, some new features and surprises are once again in store, not only for children. The more adventurous can try their hand at glassmaking and make their own wound bead, for example.
In the product gallery, you will see historical original samples and our replicas of classic Železný Brod figurines. We will present our current work, smaller sculptures, artistic pieces, original all-glass flowers, and some exhibition samples from recent years. You can also look forward to our large glass nativity scene, which is on display all year round. At MUZA | North Bohemian Museum, you will find a rich collection of artistic objects from the glass collection in the exhibition "Beauty and Utility," which has been supplemented this year with three significant works of art. The first work is an engraved glass vase by Anna Polanská, entitled Starry Night. The second object is a sculpture by Ivana Šrámková depicting an owl. The latest acquisition is a monumental chandelier from Preciosa, created by leading Czech glass artist and designer Rony Plesl. The chandelier shines majestically and illuminates the museum's entrance hall.
One of the "glass" highlights is also a work of art by brothers Jan and Ondřej Salanský – the longest glass ladder in the world, located in the museum tower.
Currently, the large hall features an unconventional exhibition entitled FAST & FURIOUS | Filip and Lukáš Houdkovi – design, glass, sport. It presents the work of two prominent figures in contemporary Czech glass design. You will see unique objects influenced by automotive design and sports themes that have not been exhibited before.
On Sunday, March 29, there will be a special program as part of the "Easter at the Museum" event.
